1. Go to your FTP account.
2. Look for htaccess.txt file
3. Change or Rename htaccess.txt file to .htaccess, thats it in your FTP work
4. Go to Joomla Website Administrator mode, then click Global Configuration, Site Tab, look for right side panel, make sure to set

Use Apache mod_rewrite -> yes
